Robert H. Friedman is the managing member of Generational
Financial Planning, LLC. He practices forensic accounting
including valuations of closely-held businesses and professional
practices. He has consulted on the purchase and sale of many
businesses and has been responsible for detecting, deterring
and investigating fraud situations.

Mr. Friedman is a Certified Public Accountant practicing
accounting since 1958. He has been involved in investigatory
and forensic accounting since 1975. His valuations heve been
utilized for purchase and sales of businesses, gift and estate
taxes, estate distributions, marital dissolutions,
proprietorships, partnership and corporation disputes, and
fruad investigation.

Mr. Friedman was a senior partner in the firm of Friedman,
Strulowiz & Buren, Certified Public Accountants, a firm he
founded in 1966. In 1982 he started Friedman, Bressler & Co.,
Certified Public Accounts. From 1995 to 2000 he was a partner
of Smolin, Lupin & Co., P.A.

| Education: |
Mr. Friedman has a Bachelor of Business Administration from
Upsala College where he majored in accounting and business
administration. Prior to attending Upsala, he attended Purdue
University.

Experience: |
Mr. Friedman has been qualified as an expert witness and
provided testimony on numerous occasions in New Jersey courts.
He has been appointed by Judges in several counties to value
closely-held businesses and analyze cash flows.
